The POINT - Meet the People Randy Thomas, Founder / Speaker With a very practical approach and a dry sense of humor, Randy shares very passionately how to apply the principles of scripture to our everyday lives. Randy Thomas is the founder and main speaker of The POINT, a weekly worship experience for college students in Athens, Georgia. Randy serves as the Minister to Singles at Green Acres Baptist Church, a progressive church in Athens that is actively making an impact in north east Georgia. He has ministered to college students in Texas and here in Georgia, having founded several new college ministries. Randy has had the opportunity to speak across America in over 30 states and several foreign countries. Randy has an incredible passion for college students and a desire to see them rise up across America as godly leaders of the next generation. He looks to Ps. 48:13, as a source of direction, as it says, "...tell it to the generation following."
